1. Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached, with an order number or receipt. Items discounted by more than 30% can be exchanged for size only.
- No signs of wear, perfume or pet hair.
- Original packaging included.
- Socks and underwear are final sale.
2. Time limit
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Requests are processed within 2 business days.
3. How to return
Step 1 — Request
Send us your order number from the Contact page.
Step 2 — Ship
We email a prepaid label. Pack the item and hand it to the carrier.
4. Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the warehouse inspects the item.
